This charming apartment is located opposite the Salinas de Calpe, a singular enclave where 173 species of birds have been registered, highlighting the populations of flamingos and common storks. The beach, the coast of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park are only 200 metres away. This apartment is located in an emblematic place and one of the most spectacular and prestigious places in the Valencian Community.
It has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is perfect for families or couples who want to enjoy an exceptional holiday and perhaps a dip before breakfast. The waters of the Mediterranean, are known for its warm temperature which makes it an ideal place for children to enjoy the sea or even to learn how to swim. There is also an area with a private swimming pool for those who want to be more relaxed. As Calpe is a tourist place it is possible to practice all kinds of water sports: jet skiing, sailing, surfing, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling and diving are some of the most popular sports in the area. For golf lovers, there are numerous golf clubs in the vicinity of Calpe.
The apartment is fully furnished and has air conditioning and electrical radiator. There is one person who takes care of the building maintenance inside and outside, to keep the facilities clean and tidy throughout the year.
Our service includes bed linen and towels. The only thing that needs to be added is a cleaning fee. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to ask. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). At your arrival everything will be prepared, for you to start enjoying your holidays straight away.
As an additional service, we offer a Meeting-Point service where we wait for our guests at a previously agreed place in Calpe to accompany them to their holiday home. We also offer the possibility of organising a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport (prices on request).
