This Finca was built around the year 1880. It is currently completely renovated; some old beams (solid wood) were kept as decoration interspersed with new beams (foraged iron beams for being load beams)

The Plot of approximately 5,000m² is adjacent to the Algar River. It is very famous for his water sources with crystal clear water. The plot has water and electricity installation, and the typical irrigation water (widely used in the area, for agricultural use).

Under the entrance access it was built an underground space for storage. Access to the property through an electric gate. The farm has two floors. On the ground floor there is a big kitchen (new construction), a spacious dining room, a big living room with fireplace and a bathroom. And an internal stair leads to the upper floor with a huge entrance hall, three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The new windows are made of good quality wood with double glazing.
