This exclusive apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of Calpe or Calp, which is the official name of the Valencian city. However, most tour operators use the Spanish name Calpe. This emblematic tourist town is characterized by the 332 meters high Rock of Ifach. This imposing and enormous rock that protrudes into the sea and can be seen from miles away, is connected by a narrow strip of land with the continent and protected as a Natural Park. It is possible to climb to the top on foot and the walk will undoubtedly be rewarded with exceptional views. The rock is also part of a small bird sanctuary. Calpe also has a beautiful pedestrian boulevard, many beaches and coves, as well as cafés, restaurants and discotheques. The old town is still intact and contains vestiges of Moorish domination. The fishing port is close to the centre. Another element to highlight are the Salinas of Calpe where 173 species of birds have been registered, highlighting the populations of flamingos and common storks.
Our Perlamar is completely refurbished and equipped with very modern elements. The PVC windows are triple glazed. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with style and elegance. The decoration and lighting with LED lamps propose a warm and romantic atmosphere. It has a bedroom, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with shower. The flat also has air conditioning, new appliances and many other extras. The terrace faces the patio of the building offering the views of a beautiful and quiet environment, and provides the opportunity to relax at a perfect space, enjoying the warm climate offered by the Mediterranean coast. It also has a table and chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors in this pleasant corner.

Our service includes bed linen and towels. If you have special requests for equipment etc. please do not hesitate to let us know. These will be satisfied as far as possible (please always ask in advance). Upon arrival everything will be ready for you to start enjoying your holiday immediately (beds made etc…).
We also offer an additional Meeting-Point service, we wait for our guests at a previously agreed place in Calpe and guide them to their booked holiday home. We can as well organise a transfer service from Valencia or Alicante airport for you (prices on request).
